Artist Program Terms

Version 1.0 · Last updated: August 2, 2026

These Artist Program Terms cover the day-to-day details of listing your sticker packs with jinistickerbook: what files to send, how prices work, and how and when you get paid. They are part of the Artist Agreement you signed, and they should be read alongside it.

These are the details most likely to change as we grow, which is why they live here rather than in the agreement itself. No change ever applies to sales that already happened. Your revenue split and the license you granted us are set in the Artist Agreement and can only be changed with your written agreement, never through this page.

Sending your art

Send whatever you already have. We prepare the final files and cut them to Apple's sticker requirements, so you don't need to resize or export anything yourself.

We only ever change your files technically: resizing, cropping, compressing, and exporting to Apple's format. We don't redraw, recolor, or edit your art.

Prices

You choose your pack's price from these tiers:

You can change your price at any time by telling us. The new price takes effect once Apple processes it, usually within a day or two. We will not change your price, or give your pack away for free, without asking you first.

Payouts

To change your payout details, email us. Changes take effect from the next scheduled payout.

Your monthly statement

Every payout comes with a statement showing, for each of your packs: units sold, gross sales, Apple's commission, net revenue, your 80% share, and any balance carried over from last month. If something looks wrong, tell us within 60 days and we'll look into it.

Tax forms

Before your first payout we need a completed W-9 if you're in the United States, or a W-8BEN if you're outside it. Both are short, and we'll send you the form and instructions when you're ready to be paid. You're responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.

Taking a pack down

Email or DM us and we'll stop selling the pack, normally within 3 business days. People who already downloaded it keep it, and you're paid for everything that sold beforehand on the normal schedule. If your art appears in the App Store listing or in marketing we've already published, removing it can take up to 30 days where an app update or App Store review is needed.
